Piano Studio
Playing and listening to music is one of the great pleasures of life. The great thing about piano is that there is no age limit to play. Becoming fluent in piano isn’t easy, but the results are well worth the effort you put in.
Students commit to one half hour lesson a week. We will focus on learning music theory, a lesson piece and additional piece of music you are interested in. Lessons are designed for you! You select the style of music you want to play. You will have the opportunity to prepare two performances a year, one at holiday time for nursing home residents and one in the spring for family and friends.
I am looking to create a positive and fun environment, making sure you’re having fun while learning how to play the piano.
Private piano lessons are the best way to learn to play piano and improve your skills. If you feel safer taking lessons online, I offer virtual piano lessons. I will help you continue learning and developing your musical skills, virtually or in person.
I received my B.A. from Augsburg College in Minneapolis Minnesota before moving to New Jersey. I have over 25 years of experience teaching music. I have taught countless students how to enjoy playing music. A couple of my students went on to major in Music.
